PINE PALLETS

TGA are able to manufacture a range of pallets made from rough sawn pine, which are a cost effective option, being the most popular material source in the pallet industry. Pine pallets can come in many different configurations, whether it is for lighter loads, longer life span, or something in the heavy duty range, there is a pine pallet that is sure to do your job.

ISPM 15 PALLETS

We manufacturer ISPM 15 Pallets here at TGA, for use in exporting your products overseas. They can be configured as a standard size or customised to your transport options. All TGA’s Export Pallets are stamped with our ISPM 15 Certification Mark. TGA is certified under AWPCS register.

HARDWOOD PALLETS

Hardwood Pallets are used a lot in the mining industry, These are often requested where an exceptionally robust pallet is needed. Hardwood is known for its high strength qualities, and they are often the only option looked at for logistics when dealing with mining companies.

BOXTOP PALLETS

Designed as a cost effective option to expensive packing crates, Boxtop pallets are ideal for storage or shipping of goods where a specific crate is not required. Boxtop pallets can come in a range of shapes and sizes, and provide an excellent storage solution. With the ability to be stacked on top of one another, they take up less room, and as the base is a pallet, are able to be stored safely in pallet racking for inventory.

BEARERS/GLUTS

Used mainly for larger, bulky type items, gluts are used for placing items on, allowing forklifts to get under the items. TGA has a wide range of gluts, whether they be plain square gluts for stacking, or specific configuration for a specialized job. Gluts can be made out of various material types, and can be manufactured with a groove which will allow items to be strapped to the gluts, keeping them in place while being moved around.

STENCILLING/COLOUR CODING

TGA Pallets are happy to tailor your orders with any particular stencilling weather it be your business name, web address or contact number and/or colour coding of the outside bearers.
